Email Subscriptions FAQs

How do I sign up for Fr. Richard’s Daily Meditations?

  • Click here and enter your email address. We use a confirmed opt-in subscription process to guarantee that you do want to subscribe. Please watch your email (both inbox and junk mail) and respond to the confirmation notice that you will shortly receive.

How do I confirm my subscription to a CAC email list?

  • After you signed up for a CAC email list, you should have received a confirmation email containing a hyperlink (Confirm Subscription) that you must click to activate your subscription.  If you cannot locate that email, click here to have the email resent.  Watch your inbox and junk mail carefully for the email containing the link, then click on the link Confirm Subscription.  Unfortunately, we cannot confirm subscriptions for you.

I used to get the CAC emails, but I’m not receiving them anymore.  What can I do to continue receiving your messages?

  1. Check your spam or junk mail.  If you find CAC emails lurking there, be sure to add our email address (cac@cacradicalgrace.org and cac@cacradicalgrace.ccsend.com) to your Safe Senders list.  (Use these instructions to add an email address to a Safe Senders list.)  To remove an address from your Blocked Senders list, follow the steps in this link for your particular email provider: Removing a Contact from Your Blocked Sender List.
  2. Try updating your preferences here.
  3. Ask your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to whitelist our Constant Contact domain names.  Send this letter to your ISP’s Customer Service/Tech Support; it includes a full list of characteristics for whitelisting.
  4. Subscribe to our email list(s) using another email address, such as a free Hotmail, Google or Yahoo account.

How can I print a message without the images or ink-intense border?

  • We are working to get our print-friendly feature back.  In the meantime, copy the text and paste it into Word, Wordpad, Notepad or a similar program and print it from there.

Can I use Daily Meditations in my small group?

  • Yes!  Please do cite Richard Rohr and the work from which the message was quoted or adapted.  If you are seeking to quote a Daily Meditation in a piece to be published, please contact us for permission before proceeding: vguerin@cacradicalgrace.org.

How do I access old Daily Meditations?

Why am I receiving multiple copies of the same email and how can I stop receiving duplicate emails?

  • Our email service, Constant Contact, sends emails out in batches.  On occasion the batch is interrupted and sending must begin again, not always from where it left off.  At this time there is nothing we can do to ensure you receive only one email from us, short of unsubscribing from our list(s).

How do I unsubscribe from CAC email list(s)?

  • Click on the “SafeUnsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of our emails.
  • Or follow this link, enter your email address, and watch for the email that follows.  The email will contain a link: “Update My Preferences.”  Click on that link and select “Unsubscribe me from ALL mailings.”

How do I change the email address for which I’ve signed up to receive emails from the CAC?

  • Follow this link, enter your email address, and watch for the email that follows.  The email will contain a link: “Update My Preferences.”  After you click on the link, you will see your email address and the word “Update” at the top of the page.  Click the “Update” link and enter your new email address twice.
